I had scrambled egg and a sausage. i didn’t finish my egg but i still feel really miserable right now. i feel a bit like throwing up like the food is in my stomach and it feels so eww idek what’s wrong there.
maybe it’s cause i’ve been doing shit with friends yesterday (drinking too much etc) but ugh i usually never feel THIS shitty on the day after -_-

Ingredients:
1/2 onion
1 small carrot
1/2 small zucchini
4 cherry tomatoes
1/4 red pepper
1/4 block tofu
some dried basil
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp soy milk
3 tsp sweet chili sauce
how?
First put the onion in the pan, fry them a bit, and then just throw in the rest and let cook for like 5~ 10 minutes! :)
About 150 kcal
That was my dinner today, SO YUMMY!
