C: 

Today’s a really sunny and nice autumn day. When I woke up this morning I immediately was in a good mood. I’ve had oatmeal with fresh milk from a farmer and banana, raspberries and some nuts and raisins as my breakfast. And just now I finished a 30 min bicycling work out. 

So far today is really great :) I’ll go for a run or a walk after having lunch ^__^

When I weighed in 2 days ago I was SO happy that the scale went down to 176 lbs. Seriously so happy. But yesterday I messed up my eating and today I started off with a bad breakfast :( [and way to big breakfast]

I feel so freaking bad about this. I’ll go on my exercise bike for 45 mins now and then tonight I’m gonna go for a run with my mom.

I feel like a whale rn tbh :(





I just had dinner 

I had scrambled egg and a sausage. i didn’t finish my egg but i still feel really miserable right now. i feel a bit like throwing up like the food is in my stomach and it feels so eww idek what’s wrong there.

maybe it’s cause i’ve been doing shit with friends yesterday (drinking too much etc) but ugh i usually never feel THIS shitty on the day after -_-





I don’t feel like working out at all  

cause it’s fuckin hot outside.

but nvm, i’ll do it anywayyy :)





I almost ran 30 mins straight today pahfpadhfapdhfp 

Tbh I didn’t think I’d be running so well today cause I haven’t run for a while. But I took my mom with me LOL cause when I run alone I’m usually running to fast. She kept my speed down a bit, so it was way easier to run!! (which does make sense tbh) and when I gott back home I felt sooo good! Now I’m having a headache tho. donot like! :c

but I don’t care, this headache can’t get my mood down! XD Gonna run tomorrow again! :D

I acc thought I’d gained weight over the past 4 weeks 

because of my part time. I’ve been working like 8.5 hours a day and then slept..and ate LMAO YES THAT WAS MY LAST 4 WEEKS /FAIL/

so i was like…”let’s face it and weigh in today..v_v..” and i stepped on the scale…

AND …..LOST LIKE 2 LBS O: i mean ok not much but XD i thought like i gained about 4 lbs AT LEAST bc i didnt work out at all.. ; _ ; odg so happy tbh!





I don’t really know what to pack to eat for work :s 

I’ll have break around dinner time there and so far i always just packed something that had lots of carbs :s i wanna leave out the carbs but honestly..i dont know what to paaack D: help me? D:
